I had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The staff was amazing and gave me useful recommendations. The room was clean and spacious, with amenities like wine glasses that were very helpful. the free parking and location right in the center were very convenient.

The room was spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was very convenient for exploring the city center and there was free parking for guests. The free Wi-Fi was a plus as we relied on it for navigating the city.

The hotel had some serious drawbacks. The water in the shower was only lukewarm and the heating barely worked, so the room was quite cold.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to any point of interest. the staff is very polite and helpful. the rooms are big and quiet, with comfortable beds, and some even have wine glasses. the breakfast is plentiful and offers typical Ukrainian food.

The temperature of the hot water in the bathroom is not always very hot.

Great Parking and Friendly Staff the hotel had fantastic parking facilities, which allowed us to park our car with ease. the staff were also very welcoming and provided us with valuable insights and recommendations about the local area. the location was ideal for exploring the city.

Uncomfortable Room and Unappetizing Food the room was uncomfortable, with lukewarm water and little heating. the stairs leading to the restaurant were uneven, making it challenging to navigate.
